Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any personal reason.
• These terms may be updated at any time.
2. Payment
• Payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion .
• Prices are in USD.
• Payments are accepted via PayPal.
• No refunds once I have started working on the commission.
3. References & Information
• Clear references and descriptions are required to start the commission.
• If you have a specific drawing style in mind, I can adapt to it.
• If references are unclear, I am not responsible for inaccuracies.
4. Process & Revisions
• I will send WIPs (work-in-progress images) during the process.
• Corrections must be clearly stated during the appropriate stage.
• I allow up to 3 major corrections.
• Any additional corrections may require an extra fee.
• I will not make changes to elements that should have been corrected earlier (for example: changing pose or outfit after the coloring stage).
5. Turnaround Time
• Completion may take 1 week, depending on complexity and my queue.
• Delays may occur due to personal or technical reasons; I will notify you if needed.
6. Usage Rights
• All commissions are for personal use only.
• Personal use includes social media posting, icons, banners, wallpapers, etc.
• Commercial use is not allowed unless previously discussed.
• If you are interested in commercial use, please contact me with details and prices will be discussed accordingly.
• I retain full copyright of the artwork.
• Please credit me when posting the artwork online.
7. Artist Rights
• By default, I assume I can post the finished commission on my social media and use it as an example of my work.
• I will never use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• If you require your commission to remain private, please let me know before payment.
8. Prohibited Content
I will NOT draw:
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Real animals
• Sexual or suggestive content involving minors
9. Cancellations & Refunds
• Commissions can only be cancelled before I start working.
• No refunds once work has begun.
